Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within the BC and Alberta, and 3-6 days for the rest of Canada.

Local delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

Currently we use Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator to ship out orders across Canada. This depends on the cost and transit time.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Soon you will have the option to collect your order from our new shop opening in July in Sidney, BC!

Returns & Refunds

Please include your Sales Order Reference Number, Name, Address, Contact Details and a detailed reason why you wish to return the item.

  • Note, hand and body care products are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • All items must be returned to us in unused condition unless we have prior knowledge of an issue and have authorized a used return.
  • Holders can be returned but must be uninstalled and undamaged, void of scratches and marks.
  • Return Policy is only valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).
  • Please note any returns over 30 days will incur a 25% re-stocking fee that will be applied based on the value of the returned items.
  • Tyneham is not liable for postage costs should you wish to return an unwanted item that is not faulty.

ON RECEIPT OF GOODS

Upon receipt of your goods, we advise checking immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipping, as all goods are inspected by us prior to dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with the condition of any item you receive. We will arrange collection of damaged item(s) and resend a new product at our cost if any damage has occurred during shipping.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order please ensure that you contact us immediately to prevent the dispatch of your order. There will be no charges made if a cancellation is received before the order is dispatched, should the order have already left, you will be offered a full refund less the postage costs incurred.

Tyneham is not liable for postage costs should you wish to return an unwanted item that is not faulty.

If the item is faulty or if any damage has occurred during shipping, we will arrange collection of damaged item(s) and resend a new product at our cost.
