All our orders are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on our website are correct at the point of purchase, and we guarantee that the price shown on your successful order will be the price you will pay. We do however reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice and with immediate effect, in response to changes in costs or market conditions. We are a fair and equitable company, and should we reduce the standard selling price of a product you have purchased within 48 hours of your order, we will contact you and offer you a refund of the difference, or credit against another purchase.
Canada Postage/Delivery Policy
The carriers we use for dispatch are Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator for small or lightweight orders, from our warehouse in Sidney, BC. For local orders on the Saanich Peninsula we offer a personal delivery service. Please see shipping costs here.
Received orders will be dispatched within 24 hours subject to stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way!
Occasionally things do go wrong with deliveries, and if this should happen we will do our utmost to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently and keep you informed whilst we do so. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service at all times.

On Receipt of Goods
Upon receipt of your goods we advise checking immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipping, or missing items as all goods are inspected by us prior to dispatch. Please advise us within 3 working days of any problems.
Use of Tyneham Branded Bottles and Brand Integrity
Tyneham branded bottles, dispensers, labels, and packaging are proprietary branded materials and form part of Tyneham Ltd.’s intellectual property and brand identity.
Tyneham branded bottles are intended exclusively for use with genuine Tyneham products. The use of Tyneham branded bottles with products not supplied or authorized by Tyneham Ltd. is strictly prohibited.
Any refilling, reuse, or presentation of Tyneham branded bottles with non-Tyneham products may constitute trademark infringement, misrepresentation, and misuse of intellectual property. Tyneham Ltd. reserves the right to take appropriate action where its brand, trademarks, or reputation are used in a misleading, unauthorized, or infringing manner.
Tyneham Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability for the performance, safety, or suitability of any non-Tyneham product placed into Tyneham branded bottles.
